The Retreat

Posted on January 15, 2008 under Life as it is...

I just got home from a very enjoyable retreat together with my IT 3 classmates. We had fun. We were literally FED UP. That means we eat almost every 3 hours that my stomach could burst any minute now.

Here are some pics. Taken from Mikay

So this would be the Day 1. Mikay still had not uploaded the Day 2 photos. So the bus arrived around 5 pm but we left at quarter to 6 because the facilitators took so long to get to the place where we suppose to meet. We arrived at a cool Dominican house for the nuns. it was pretty quiet with all the nuns around. And we ate heartily. They served shrimp which I don’t normally eat because it’s freakin’ expensive. Then had some session about our connection with God. The coolest part was when the nun came up and scolded us for being too loud or probably really noisy and woke them up. Haha! Then they also reprimanded us because we took some mattress out of the bed and placed it on one room so 7 of us girls slept in one room. We had a blast and we really had a fun time enjoying each other’s company…

Can’t wait for the 4th year Recollection..

Till then,

Homes in the UK

Posted on under Reviews

Finding a house can be literally tough. Some databases in the web are out of date that you don’t know if a certain house is for sale or sold already. Good thing, there are still reliable house listings in the UK that you can rely on with about 12,000 real estate agents. This is the most comprehensive housing search in the UK. You can buy 2 bed flat in Bedminster Bristol. Also, check out Abram Manchester one bed flats for sale if you’re planning to move to Manchester.
